Some Diagram like sketches

Hi Guys,

Just a couple of quick sketch/diagram ideas for our "Musical Tent" idea.
I thought about the ideas of having harp like strings that can be walked through/underneath as another way of public interaction, and play the harp strings from underneath the vertical tube like shape.

Also thought about the idea of having drums around that are wired with coloured/uncoloured lights inside the drum that turn on/off as you hit them. Maybe this could be activated by the drum top itself or as one of the "clapping lights" that already exist.

We could also have lanterns or something along the top of the "tent" for simple lighting, to keep a steady lighting level alongside all of the musically activated lighting that we would have.

Third idea.

For the third idea I tried to test the light into the model. Although it's not that clear I think we can get a sense of what it would look like with the light incorporated in the strings. It's interesting to see the shadows that are created by the strings.

I thought the strings could be either hanging on the ceiling and maybe we could have a series of them or they could be diagonally placed along the wall.

First and second idea

So this is the first think I started doing. Lights could be introduced underneath in a way that it would light up the "wall" from bottom to top.

This second idea is sort of similar to the idea above but the pins (nails) are placed on both extremes. So I guess this would look more clear.

Again, lights of different colour would be placed underneath.

I really like the variety of things we can do with string in terms of form.

neon web...oooh, awesome band name!

At first glance, I thought this was a hologram or a projected image. It amazes me how someone could have the patience to ensure each piece of thread was in place in order to come up with this as the final product. Intensive labor and love for art.

This is to simulate a spider web just putting some elastic string and create sort of a roof in some parts.

This is a musical roof that works as sculpture and its a way to make music in a natural way. Just using the wind and some glowing paint to put it on the metal sticks.
